Hi – I wanted to create a project, where:

1. Creatives in NY can collaborate together towards open-source projects. Actors Reading, Writers Writing and Illustrators drawing. Namely creating audio/multimedia children’s books for the public. It will be under the Creative Commons license – attribution, no commercial, no derivative. This ensures that the participants are recognized for their work. It’s status is both open-source and protected as a work.

2. A place to document some of the buskers and various artistic acts that occur in new york (this will mostly live on twitter).

The name I registered is ManhattanProject.NYC

Coming in May we will start with #1 and see where it goes!
