You are perfect right. It is much logical easier and safer to have a broom hooked from top instead of keeping vertical from bottom, on top of your finger.This could be achieved with 2-4 retro-rockets mounted above center of mass/gravity toward top.That retro-,rockets must be activated only in the veryvlast stage of descend. If somebody involved in RC field want to risc some tens of $ and comunicate the results, will be highly appreciated.
